StormEncoder - Hardware MPEG Encoding

DVStorm2 Pro’s unique hardware MPEG-1, MPEG-2 encoder can either capture MPEG from a DV or analog source or encode MPEG in realtime from the timeline. Presets for VCD, SVCD and DVD ensure fast high-quality encoding, ready for authoring.
