GeForce 4 MX460 and 555MHz High-speed Memory
Spectra WF17 boasts the nVIDIA GeForce 4 MX460 on board as the Graphics
Processor. Together with 555MHz DDR SDRAM 64MB working at 550MHz, allows
both steady and fast performance.
Original Hardware Design
The Spectra WF17 is build upon an original impedance control PCB board
(6-layer) to achieve impedance matching of the DDR memory circuitry. This
will avoid signal disorder in high-clock operations for clear and stable
images.
Firebird G2 & Cooling Fan
For the GeForce 4 that has more transistors than some CPUs, cooling of
the chip and memory is a very important matter. “Firebird G2”, the Canopus
original cooling fan with 9 blades allows stable and quiet performance.
SSH Technology (Patented)
The SSH (Super Signal Highway) is a special designed circuitry to sustain
image quality, by separating the signal from the video DAC of the GPU,
from the main PCB board. The isolation of the analog/digital signal and
the impedance control using the micro strip line results in the pure signal
output to the monitor.
DFS Technology (Patent Pending)
The DFS (Dual Filter System) is an adjustable filter on board to support
different types of monitor displays. The “Fine Filter” mode
supports most monitor types, while the “Super Fine filter”
will allow extra tuning for hi-end monitors.
(Note: The second monitor output is fixed to "Super Fine" mode.)
