DV-IN enabling of the above camcorders can only be done at our office by appointment ONLY. You may bring your camcorder or send it in to us. Please call or email in advance so our technician is available to carry out the modification. If you are not local to us you may send us your camcorder. We have found that the Royal Mail Special Delivery service is reliable and goods can be insured up to £2000. (cost of sending unit to us £7.00 including £1000 insurance weight up to 2KG). By using this service we will receive your camcorder by 12 noon allowing us time to modify, test your camcorder and dispatch your camcorder on the same day for next working day delivery!!

Question:
Can you supply DV-IN software or widgets for the above models.

Answer:
NO. The above camcorders do not have a conventional LANC port so we need to use our service computer with a service port adapter for the modification. These adapters are not available to the public as they are used for camcorder servicing only.
